• Buffet style - guests line up to have staff dish their plates with the options of your choice

• Plated style - courses are served to seated guests by staff

• Private chef - have a set of courses prepared fresh in your home for special, intimate events

• Stations - guests serve themselves from varied, themed tables of bites/treats/nosh

• Passed Hors d’oeuvres - small bites and nosh served on trays at your cocktail hour or dance party

• French style - a la carte, where petite courses are served on displays to seated guests

• Drop off - pans or individual containers of hot, fresh food dropped off to you before your event

• Outdoor Grilling - best at outdoor events in the sun, for a taco bar, hotdog/burger bar, or a BBQ

• Beer, Wine and/or Spirits Bar - we are licensed to serve alcohol with skilled bartenders on call
